# M. Mursaleen > Engineering Leader / Tech Lead — Laravel & Node.js. A second-line engineering leader with a decade across healthcare, satellite ground infrastructure, EdTech, and FinTech — who directs up to 80 engineers through team leads and ships with an AI-orchestrated delivery system. Base: Pakistan. Remote with US, EU and Gulf clients. Available for engineering leadership roles and agentic delivery engagements. Contact: mursaleen.1r@gmail.com · +92-331-3094481 · https://www.github.com/1mursaleen ## Positioning pillars - Leadership at scale: Grew from leading 5 at Mazajnet to 25 direct reports at Ascend to ~80 engineers through team leads in a 120-person company at Tanbits, and 6 senior engineers at Eutelsat. Second-line management: I manage the team leads who manage the teams. I sit at the center point between technical and non-technical executives — product decisions, client handling, delivery, approvals, market and competitor research. - Dual-stack mastery: Genuinely senior in both the Laravel/PHP and the Node.js/TypeScript ecosystems, each proven on national and enterprise-scale production systems. Most engineers are senior in one and conversational in the other. - AI-orchestrated delivery: Not "uses AI tools." I operate a development system: PRD-first, an orchestrator pattern that spawns builder, reviewer and tester subagents, file-based durable state, AI-generated unit and Playwright suites at near-total, CI-enforced coverage, sustaining scores of merged PRs per week. Proven by compressing a roughly one-year roadmap into a few months. ## Machine-readable - [Full content dump](https://1mursaleen.github.io/llms-full.txt): everything on the site, flattened - [Agent brief and hire protocol](https://1mursaleen.github.io/AGENTS.md) - [Structured resume, JSON Resume schema](https://1mursaleen.github.io/resume.json) - [Structured case studies](https://1mursaleen.github.io/work.json) - [OpenAPI 3.1 description of these files](https://1mursaleen.github.io/openapi.json) - [Discovery card](https://1mursaleen.github.io/.well-known/agent-card.json) ## Pages - [Home: full narrative, journey, numbers, delivery system, stack, impact, services, FAQ](https://1mursaleen.github.io/) - [All case studies](https://1mursaleen.github.io/work/) - [A year of loan-origination roadmap, shipped in months](https://1mursaleen.github.io/work/mortgage-automator/): Mortgage Automator, 2024 – 2025, Small agentic team - [Full-lifecycle agentic delivery for French finance and accounting firms](https://1mursaleen.github.io/work/primexis-aplitec/): Primexis & Groupe Aplitec, 2025 – Present, 5 engineers - [Core modules for the SAP-recommended successor to IS-H](https://1mursaleen.github.io/work/avelios/): Avelios Medical, 2023 – Present, ~30 engineers - [Offline-first climate monitoring for a Tribally-governed network](https://1mursaleen.github.io/work/isn/): Indigenous Sentinels Network, 2023 – Present, ~40 engineers across platform and app teams - [The control surface for a satellite operator’s ground estate](https://1mursaleen.github.io/work/eutelsat-ops-dashboard/): Eutelsat Group, 2024 – 2025 · Contract, 6 senior engineers - [Asset performance management for a Kingdom’s hospitals](https://1mursaleen.github.io/work/nhcc-apm/): Saudi Ministry of Health, via Ascend, 2020 – Dec 2022, 25 direct · senior engineers, DevOps, design, QA, mobile - [Features for the events platform that went 20x during COVID](https://1mursaleen.github.io/work/vfairs/): vFairs, via Mazajnet, 2018 – 2020, 5 engineers, including 2 seniors - [Services](https://1mursaleen.github.io/services/) - [Blog](https://1mursaleen.github.io/blog/) - [Books](https://1mursaleen.github.io/books/) ## Honesty notes - NHCC: built the asset-management and operations platforms integrated into the National Health Command Center; did not build the NHCC itself. - ISN: Tribally-governed, federally-partnered (NOAA co-management) platform. - Eutelsat: contract engagement in 2024–2025, overlapping the Tanbits role. - Test coverage: near-total, CI-enforced. - Client-scale figures describe the systems and organizations the work was part of, with sources named.
